Re-engagement & Reconnection Pathway
The Re-engagement and Reconnection Pathway supports young people who are struggling to attend school to re-engage and reconnect with learning.
Delivered at home (where appropriate) and in school by trauma-informed teachers, the programme supports learners to rebuild confidence and engagement with learning through nurturing relationships and positive learning experiences.
We work alongside schools, families and local authorities to identify barriers, provide tailored educational and pastoral support, and support a gradual return to school routines in a safe, structured way over a 12-week period, where appropriate.
A review at week 6 ensures the programme remains responsive to each learner’s needs and continues to support re-engagement with learning.
