Louise Venables
CEO & Director of Education
Louise is a senior educational leader with over 25 years’ experience across schools and alternative provision, including roles as a Headteacher and Specialist Leader of Education. She has a strong track record in leading school improvement and developing high-quality, inclusive learning environments where young people feel safe, supported and able to thrive. Louise is passionate about ensuring every child, particularly those who face barriers in education, can rebuild confidence in learning and achieve their full potential. She is committed to safeguarding and creating environments where vulnerable young people feel secure, valued and able to re-engage with learning. She also values creativity and wellbeing as an important part of education and enjoys writing, painting and pottery in her spare time.

Carol Brooks
COO & Director of Operations
Carol brings extensive operational and leadership experience across the corporate, care and education sectors. She began her career in the corporate sector in London before moving into management roles within the care sector. She later moved into alternative provision and became Operations Director at a setting supporting children and young people with SEND and those who find mainstream education challenging. Alongside her professional work, Carol has supported several charities and has served as a trustee, bringing valuable governance and strategic experience. She has also worked with the Mid Essex Adoption Team facilitating training for prospective adoptive parents. As an adoptive parent and parent of a child with SEND, she brings both professional expertise and valuable lived experience to her role.
